The dynamic between JJ and Yuri was very strange to Otabek. Very strange. He had a lot of questions and concerns about what he had witnessed (including the kiss JJ had planted, despite being engaged), but none of them were his business. He wasn't in a relationship with Yuri. They were friends, and that was where it started and ended.

So unless Yuri decided to indulge him, he wouldn't ask.

Still, he was frustrated by JJ's presence. His brows furrowed as he watched JJ, lift up one arm in a wave and turn to leave.

"You couldn't if you wanted to," JJ shouted after Yuri, as he walked away, towards the exit of the rink.

Otabek was just glad he was leaving.
