Link's partner Pokemon and honestly a perfect match for him. Pumpkin is more than happy to investigate everything with his trainer, the duo interested in everything and anything they come across. He's an overall happy-go lucky creature that loves to play more than anything in the world.
Like Link, Pumpkin doesn't talk much but when he does, he can be a chatterbox. He's also very confused about Sidon who just doesn't smell right...
Since evolving Pumpkin has taken it upon himself to make sure no harm comes to his trainer whatsoever since he's well aware of how reckless Link can be. More often than not the Floatzel will pick his trainer up and carry him around despite being smaller. (He's a lot stronger than Link was expecting.) His evolution has also seemed to have won Berry over and the two spend a lot of time together; Pumpkin seems to enjoy finding shells for her whenever he goes for a dip.

After reading over everything and getting a better rundown, Link decided to try out this whole Pokemon battling thing once they reached Pallet Town. He and Pumpkin took on this little Lillipup and at the end Link decided to catch her. She's very calm and collected though definitely thinks a lot of herself if the way she preens is any indication.
She's proven herself to be a hard worker despite how much of a priss she can be and loves a good challenge. Of course, after every training session she demands to be brushed and pampered but Link really doesn't seem to mind. Pumpkin, Link's Floatzel, is more than happy to help too which Berry doesn't seem to mind in the least.
After the events of the Nightmare Forest, Berry has been overly protective of Link, snarling at strangers and jumping headfirst into battles against wild Pokemon. She may have been privy to a few of Link's dreams that have her fearing for her trainer's safety so be warned that she won't take kindly to anyone approaching that she doesn't recognize.

Link got Mouse's egg from the Breeding Center and was very diligent in his care of the egg. She hatched about a week later after some long traveling and Link has been rather smitten with her since. She's a bit of a brat and likes to make messes and cause trouble but boy does she love her trainer and will happily cuddle into his lap any chance she gets. This causes her to have a bit of a rivalry with Link's other Pokemon but hopefully with time it will work itself out.
Since evolving her bratty nature...has only gotten worse. No lie. She's an even bigger brat and tends to throw little tantrums when she doesn't get her way. Pumpkin and Berry are the only ones that seem to be able to calm her down, the pair having become something of surrogate parents to the newly evolved Nidorina. She still adores Link and tries her best to impress him but she's definitely a work in progress.

A very quiet and very determined little creature, Faron actually chose Link after said young man spent some time in Viridian Forest. There was something about the silent young man that drew this equally as silent Emolga to him and as Link was getting ready to leave the forest with Sidon, this little guy plopped down onto his head and has been apart of the team since.
He loves to train and doesn't let his small size deter him at all, ready and willing to go up against any Pokemon they may encounter. Faron is a secret cuddle bug, though, and at the end of the day is usually perched on Link's shoulder nibbling on snacks and leaning against his trainer's head.

Another encounter from Viridian Forest, Worm attacked the group in an attempt to impress Link and Sidon though he really didn't have much in the way of attacks. After a rather quick fight, Link was charmed by the little guy and caught him, immediately adding him to the ranks and worked hard to help him grow stronger. It took some time but he finally evolved into a Cascoon, the little bug eager to take the next step but there's still quite a bit of training to do before that can happen.
His final evolution finally came! Now a Dustox, Worm is a scrappy little fellow that is enjoying the freedom that his wings now provide him. He loves to be out and flying, scouting ahead for the party and warding off any potential threats--even if Link would love to try and take them all on. He still has a bad habit of getting lost in thought,
day dreaming about this and that if left on his own for too long, but he's still determined to prove he can fight as good as the others can!
During the Nightmare Forest event, Worm, with his type advantage over the ghost Pokemon, worked hard to protect Link as best he could from all the mischief the ghosts were attempting to cause. He now has a rather distinct hate for Ghost and Psychic Pokemon--not including the ones already in their party--and refuses to allow any of them near Link.

A very chill little thing that Link raised from an egg, Brownie knows she's strong and won't hesitate to show you just how strong if you cross her. Most of the time she's a fairly relaxed Pokemon though,
allowing the other members of Link's team to ride on her back if they want and, in general, just enjoying the scenery as they go.
Having recently evolved, Brownie is still as easy going as ever but she won't hesitate to let you know that she's a bad-ass Mudsdale who can stomp you into the ground without a second thought. She's very protective of Link and her fellow Pokemon, generally insisting now that they all ride on her back whenever they are traveling.
It probably has to do with her being so much bigger than everyone else right now.

One of the first Pokemon that Link encountered when he and Sidon reached the Sevii islands, Flower also got the honor of being his first battle. It was a fairly easy one, giving how low level Flower was, but rather than knock her out Link opted to catch her and another Comfey--one for himself and one for Sidon. Flower ended up in Link's care and quickly warmed up to him, always singing to him in her own little way and bringing him flowers that she found as they traveled.
She's become fast friends with Link's Herdier, Berry, and more often than not this quirky little fairy can be found settled around the canine's head, twilling and chatting away as she weaves flowers into the other Pokemon's fur.

Link encountered this little girl during the Dog Days of Summer event and she gave him a run for his money. It took two of Jean's Pokemon helping before he was able to catch this fluff ball, the Mareep initially scared out of her mind only to turn into a sassy little thing after she was caught.
Ordona doesn't have time for stupid Pokemon and will check anyone that steps out of line, determined to always be right in a situation. She and Mouse have started to form an odd sort of friendship, much to Link's dismay, and the pair can usually be found causing trouble together.

This sweet boy was trapped by some fallen trees during the events of the Dog Days of Summer and after being rescued by Link and co, decided to follow him around the mountain. Link eventually offered him a Pokeball and Melon accepted, not really understanding what it meant but not really caring either because Link had Poffins and this big boy loves him some poffins.

Another Pokemon that Link encountered on Mt. Mortar, Gem was all by itself when the forest fire broke out and, while trying to evacuate, Link scooped it up and carried it to safety. There was something about the blonde that intrigued Gem and the Carbink was rather adamant about staying with him, plopping itself onto his head and acting as his translator after urging Link to purchase a Psychic TM. Link and Gem formed a fast bond and it's very rare for Gem to ever go back into it's Pokeball.

Greens was caught alongside Cabbage while Link was exploring the Berry Forest. Neither Pokemon was paying much attention to their surroundings, far more invested in one another. (The Sewaddle had been in the process of getting charmed by the Fomantis, okay.) Once they were caught, neither seemed all that bothered as long as they were allowed out together. Always. Greens refused to be out without Cabbage and in the end Link just gave in and let them do as they pleased.
Clearly a bonded pair, Greens is the more mischievous of the two and seems to enjoy keeping everyone else guessing. She completely melts around Cabbage, though, and is easily won over by his quirky charms each and every time.

Far more quirky and clown-like than his companion, Cabbage always seems to be trying to win Greens over--even though it's obvious she already adores him. He's a rather suave little guy despite the clowning around he does and seems to have a fondness for dancing.

Now apart of the team, and named after a sand seal from home, Patricia is just the happiest little ball of love to grace the party. He loves to play and to cuddle with others almost as much as he loves to curl up for a good nap. (His favorite sleeping position is flopped over on his back.)

At least that's what she'd want you to think.
Link got this little thing in an egg and he really didn't know what he was getting himself into by purchasing her. As soon as it hatched this little Rotom hopped right into Link's Pokegear and refuses to leave--and will only respond to female pronouns as well. Because of her general attitude Link has taken to referring to her as "Purah" since..it's kind of a perfect fit. Unfortunately.

A shy little thing that Link encountered while diving on Four Island, Pancake fled from several fights with Pumpkin before Link was finally able to catch her. She doesn't seem to mind all that much even if she is a bit wary of the other Pokemon that Link has in his party.
The others are willing to be patient, though, and Link does his best to make Pancake feel at home.
After Chillfin ended up in Link's party, Pancake seemed to take quite well to the little Remoraid, aware that the other was hurt over the loss of his trainer and willing to put aside her own shy-nature to be his friend. The two are inseparable now, Chillfin usually clinging to Pancake's fins while she swims.

Link and his team encountered the rogue Lycanroc pack while they were exploring the abandoned base and, as one can expect, Link was immediately charmed by them. He spent the majority of the night playing with the canines and sharing some of the food he and his Pokemon had with them, eventually winning over a rather rough and tumble pup that seemed to be one of the younger members of the group.
Wolf made the choice to follow Link when the Hylian continued on his way through Five Island, wanting to both see more of the islands and to protect this wild little human he'd found himself friends with.

A very easy going and obedient little fish, Chillfin was Sidon's original partner Pokemon when the Zora Prince ended up in the Pokemon World. He was quite content with the prince and didn't mind that Sidon seemed to have no idea what to do with him, content to just rest in his Pokeball most of the time or swim about in happy, lazy circles when he was out.
After Sidon's disappearance, Chillfin ended up with Link and has been a little more docile than normal. It's clear he's upset about Sidon leaving and Link is doing his best to cheer the little guy up. Thankfully, Chillfin seems to be bonding well with Link's Mantyke, Pancake, which is definitely helping to ease the pain of loss.

In an effort to train his Pokemon more, Link had been working with all of them on his way to Lavender Town and as luck would have it, the group encountered this rather fearsome little Fletchling. It took two Pokemon to completely wear him down and by the end of the battle Link was so impressed that he had to try and catch him. Five Pokeballs later and he had himself a Fletchling that he named after one a friend from home--Teba.
Settling into the ground is a bit difficult for Teba but he's trying,
really not the socializing type but he's trying not to just perch in a tree whenever they're camping. He just..isn't really sure what to make of some of them yet.
Or Link for that matter.

Another wild Pokemon that Link decided to test his Pokemon out against, this Pancham was more than happy to oblige. He's not the strongest Pokemon and he knows it but the little guy put up a hell of a fight. In the end, it was the Pancham that showed interest in joining the group and Link couldn't turn away such a cute little fighter!
Naming him after the Goron Champion that Link had counted as a dear friend, Daruk is now the motivator/cheerleader of the group, encouraging all the others to train and do their best so they can be as strong as possible!
